I've been using meditation, yoga, breathwork, nature connection, creativity and mindfulness practices in my life for over 20 years. These tools have been my anchors—guiding me through life’s challenges with confidence and resilience, and helping me stay present and grateful during joyful moments. These practices have supported me in finding clarity during overwhelm, calm in chaos, and a deeper connection to myself and the world around me. 

I recently decided to retrain so that I could share these tools and techniques with others, in the hope that I can support others on their journey to wellbeing.
