Our Classes

Our weekly well-being session is a calming blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices designed to support physical ease, emotional balance, and inner clarity in a welcoming, beginner-friendly space.

Our yoga sessions are rooted primarily in Hatha yoga, a gentle and accessible style that’s ideal for beginners and those seeking a slower, more mindful practice. We also weave in elements of Vinyasa flow to create smooth transitions between poses and encourage a sense of rhythm and connection with the breath.

We warmly welcome all body shapes and ability levels, and our approach is centred on empowerment and comfort—participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and explore what feels right for them. If there’s ever a moment where someone prefers to sit out or modify a pose, that’s absolutely okay.

Our priority is to create a space where everyone feels safe, supported, and free to move at their own pace.
