Are your classes suitable for beginners?
No experience is needed—our sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're brand new to yoga and mindfulness or simply looking for a gentle reset, you'll be guided with care and clarity. We offer plenty of variations and modifications throughout, so you can move at your own pace and choose what feels right for your body and energy. Every practice is an invitation, not a prescription—you're always encouraged to listen to yourself and rest whenever needed.
What should I expect from the well-being sessions?
Each well-being session offers a gentle, supportive space to explore practices that nurture your body, mind, and spirit. We work with a theme—such as letting go, grounding, or emotional clarity—over a four-week cycle, allowing you to deepen your experience and understanding week by week. Sessions include a blend of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, with some classes offering an equal mix and others focusing more on one or two elements depending on the theme and group energy. You can expect thoughtful guidance, accessible practices, and a welcoming environment where you're encouraged to move at your own pace and explore what feels right for you.
Can I borrow equipment?
Yes. We have a small number of mats / blocks / yoga straps / eye pillows and blankets that are available for you to use in the sessions.
The equipment is cleaned at the end of every session.
