Exploring Meditation - 6 week course

Join us for a transformative 6-week meditation course designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're new to meditation or deepening your practice, this inclusive programme offers a rich blend of techniques to help you reduce stress, find balance, clarity, and peace.

This course will teach you a range of key tools that you can take into your daily life and build into your routine.

Each week introduces a unique theme and practices, allowing you to explore meditation from multiple angles and including music, mantras, breathwork, embracing the silence and reflection.
