Autumn Blessings to Everyone

Mindful ways to connect with autumn:

  • Take a slow walk through rustling leaves, noticing the colours and textures beneath your feet.
  • Brew a spiced tea and journal by candlelight—reflect on what you’re ready to release.
  • Create a gratitude ritual: write down one thing each day that you are grateful for.
  • Practice breathwork outdoors.
  • Make a recipe with seasonal fruit or vegetables maybe apples, blackberries or squashes.
  • Think about how you can take more rest, it could be a quiet cup of tea for 10 minutes or a nourishing nap, or a quiet walk in the autumn sunshine.
